Program Highlights

Rowing in unison, teams are to figure out the directions and their next destination while problem solving all along the way. Participants get a great work out mentally, physically and emotionally .

At the end, the key to a successful day depends on how well a team works within each smaller group and how the teams come together to see the larger picture.

Bridging Dragons and Work

To get all your participants to multitask and work towards a common goal is no mean feat. Imagine everyone carrying their fair share of responsibility by rowing and getting the heavy dragon boat moving and solve the many challenges thrown at them while they are in a new environment (the open sea); then think of the possibilities if participants bring this same attitude of sharing back to the office.
